Experience behind TEX

Experience behind TEX

TEX Group is a new corporate platform built on operating experience gathered long before the group was formed. The cases below show the hotel management experience behind TEX Management. Earlier projects stay attributed to the professionals and organisations that delivered them.

How we think

How we think

Principles that shape every engagement, whichever business lines are involved.

Operations first — Strategy only works when it survives the reality of daily operation.

One shared brief — Commercial, operational, digital and guest-experience decisions work from the same information.

Clear ownership — Every engagement has a defined scope, named responsibilities and one accountable project lead.

One technology layer — Business decisions stay with the relevant specialist unit; the technology, data and systems layer beneath them stays with TEX Develop.

“They took over the resort mid-season and had operations stable within weeks. One team owned rooms, F&B and the commercial plan, so nothing fell between suppliers.”

— General Manager, five-star resort · Antalya

Hotel reception desk

“Distribution was rebuilt from the channel manager up. Parity problems disappeared and direct booking finally became a real channel instead of a rounding error.”

— Commercial Director, multi-property hotel group

Hotel under construction

“From construction handover to opening day they ran the whole pre-opening programme — recruitment, SOPs, purchasing and the launch campaign.”

Questions

Questions

Questions

Answers to the questions we are asked most often about how TEX Group works.

Which areas does TEX Group work in?

TEX business lines cover management, travel, MICE, online sales and distribution, brand and intellectual property, gastronomy, hotel projects, and software, integration and data.

Can we work with only one business line?

Yes. Each TEX business line can be engaged on its own. The others come in only where they genuinely add something.

How do the business lines work together?

Ownership stays with the business line whose commercial or operational result is at stake; other TEX units join only within their own expertise, and the same service is never sold twice. Where software, integration, data or technical infrastructure is needed, TEX Develop can provide that layer without taking over ownership.

How does a project start?

With a needs analysis. The right TEX unit or units are identified, responsibility limits are put in writing, one project lead is named and other TEX expertise joins where needed. Work then runs Analyse → Design → Implement → Measure, adding Manage on TEX Management projects with operating responsibility.

Do you work with our existing suppliers?

Yes. Suppliers and agencies already in place are assessed and coordinated rather than replaced by default.

How is pricing set?

By scope, duration, team and responsibility. There is no fixed price list, and no package you have to buy into.

Is this only for large properties?

No. Scope is set per property. An engagement can be a single written review or a full management model.

What is TEX Professionals?

Not a separate business line or product brand — it is the specialist infrastructure and partner network that supports TEX business lines on the projects that need it.
