Advertising and marketing cookies

Our website does not use advertising, marketing, retargeting or social media tracking cookies. If they are used in future, this policy will be updated in advance and your explicit consent will be obtained separately.

3. Cookieless measurement and other technologies

• Google Consent Mode: Unless you consent, the Google Analytics tag does not run and no measurement data is sent to Google.

• Framer statistics: We use Framer’s basic, cookieless visit statistics, which contain no personal data.

• Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which technically transmits your IP address to Google; no cookies are placed.

• Google Tag Manager: Used to manage our analytics tools; it places no cookies itself and runs only the tools you have allowed. When it loads, your IP address is technically transmitted to Google.

4. Legal basis

Strictly necessary and functional cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing the website (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies rely only on your consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Not giving or withdrawing consent does not affect your use of the website.

5. Managing your preferences

• Cookie banner: In the banner shown on your first visit, you can accept or reject analytics cookies in one step with “Accept” or “Reject”. Both options are presented equally.

• Cookie Preferences: You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie Preferences button in the footer. When you withdraw consent, analytics tools stop; you can delete cookies already placed in your browser.

• Browser settings: You can delete or block cookies in the privacy settings of browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.

• Google Analytics opt-out add-on: To opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, you can use Google’s browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

6. International transfers

Google Analytics data may be processed on Google’s servers in the European Union and the United States. The safeguards for these transfers are explained in our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
