How to exercise your rights regarding your personal data, with a request form.
1. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as the data subject, you may apply to TEX Group to:
Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information if it is,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred,
Object to a result against you arising from an analysis made solely by automated systems,
Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also exercise your GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent through the same channels.
2. How to apply
In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your request in Turkish or English by one of the following methods:
By registered e-mail (KEP): to texgroup@hs01.kep.tr,
By e-mail signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature: to info@texgroup.com.tr,
From an e-mail address you have previously given us and that is registered in our systems: to info@texgroup.com.tr,
In writing: a signed letter, delivered in person, by registered post with return receipt or through a notary, to Etiler Mahallesi 829 Sokak A Plaza No: 3 İç Kapı No: 204, Muratpaşa / Antalya, Türkiye. Please mark the envelope “Information Request under the Personal Data Protection Law”.
For e-mail requests, writing “KVKK Information Request” in the subject line helps your request reach the right person quickly.
3. What your request should include
Your first and last name and, for written requests, your signature,
Your Turkish ID number if you are a Turkish citizen; if not, your nationality and passport number, or ID number if any,
Your residential or business address for notification,
Your e-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any,
The subject of your request: which right you want to exercise, and for which data,
Any relevant information and documents.
If you apply on behalf of someone else, you must attach a document showing that you are authorised to do so (for example, a notarised power of attorney, or for minors, a document showing that you are the parent or guardian).

5. How your request is handled
Identity verification: To prevent your data from being disclosed to someone else, we verify your identity and may ask for additional information or documents for this purpose.
Timing: We conclude your request as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature, and reply in writing or electronically.
Fees: Requests are, as a rule, free of charge. If handling your request involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged in line with the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board; if the request arose from our error, the fee is refunded.
Rejection: If we cannot accept your request, we explain why. In the exceptional cases listed in Article 28 of the KVKK (for example, data you have made public yourself, or processing necessary to prevent a crime), a request may be fulfilled only partly or not at all.
Complaints: If your request is rejected, you find our reply insufficient, or we do not reply in time, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning of our reply and in any case within 60 days of your application. If you are in the EEA, you may also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
