{THE BRIEF}
A large Mediterranean resort was changing ownership. The buyer needed to know what they were taking on operationally, not only what the financial model said.
Room inventory, department structure, service standards, supplier contracts and staffing were assessed on site, as they actually ran, so that the transition could be planned against the real operation rather than an assumed one.
