{THE BRIEF}
A 900+ room resort completed a full renovation and had to reopen to a fixed date. Construction handover and operational readiness were running against each other.
The property could not be handed to the operating team as a building; it had to be handed over as a working operation, with every outlet, system and department tested before guests arrived.
