A large event had to be produced on a property that kept trading normally throughout. The venue was not an empty hall; it was an operating hotel with in-house guests.
Most event problems at this scale are not creative problems. They are access, power, kitchen capacity, guest flow and the point at which the event starts to damage normal service.
