A 1,200+ room Black Sea resort was operated under an international management structure. At this scale the operation behaves less like a hotel and more like a small town.
Volume changes the problem: guest flow, F&B throughput, laundry, staffing shifts and technical load all have to be planned as systems rather than managed case by case.
