{THE BRIEF}
An 800+ room resort completed a renovation and had to be brought back into operation with a team that had partly turned over during the closure.
Reopening after a long closure is not the same as opening new: the building is finished but the operating memory is gone, and both have to be rebuilt at once.

Room and outlet readiness verified against written standards
Operating procedures rewritten for the renovated layout
Team recruited and trained against the new configuration
Technical systems commissioned with the departments running them
Defect tracking continued through the first weeks of trading
