A TEX GROUP BUSINESS LINE
The data is already in your systems. The work is reading it right.
TEX Develop builds the software, integrations, data flows and reporting that hospitality businesses run on. The work does not start by replacing existing systems. First we establish what data the systems in use actually hold; the right solution is then built on top of that.
01
Measured, not assumed
Data is not taken as documented. Its real structure is measured against the source system before anything is built on it.
02
The specification is the operation
Software that does not fit how a department works is not used. Technology is designed around the operation, not forced onto it.
03
Handover is part of the job
Systems are built so the client is not tied to one supplier. Documentation, access rights and handover are part of the solution.
How TEX Develop can engage
Scope, duration, team and responsibility set the fee — these are engagement models, not fixed packages.

Where TEX Develop sits in the group
TEX Develop does not replace the expertise of the other TEX business lines. It can provide the software, data infrastructure, integrations, automation and reporting systems the relevant TEX unit needs.
Management decides; Develop can build the data
Travel owns the product; Develop can build systems
MICE owns the event; Develop can build tracking
Online owns distribution; Develop can integrate it

Creative owns the brand; Develop can build systems
Gastronomy owns F&B; Develop can process the data
Project owns FF&E; Develop can build tracking
What TEX Develop does — and does not own
What TEX Develop does not own stays with the relevant TEX business line.

Questions we get about TEX Develop
If the answer you need is not here, a short call is faster than a form.
Can we work with TEX Develop on its own?
Yes. Every TEX business line can be engaged on its own, and the others come in only where they add something.
Do you replace our existing systems?
Not by default. The work starts by establishing what data your current systems actually hold; the right solution is then built on top of that.
Who owns the business decision?
It stays with the relevant TEX business line. TEX Develop can provide the technology, data and systems beneath it; commercial and operational ownership does not move to TEX Develop.
Which systems do you integrate?
At field level: PMS, accounting and ERP, HR and time & attendance, POS, stock, purchasing, payment collection, banking, guest feedback, Microsoft 365 and corporate systems.
Where do you use AI?
Only where it solves a real operational problem — for example turning voice notes into records, classifying requests and complaints, or translation.
Will we depend on you once it is built?
That is what the work is designed to avoid. Documentation, access rights and handover are part of the solution, so you are not tied to a single supplier.
Do you build booking engines?
Booking engine development is not part of TEX Develop’s current scope. TEX Online can assess existing or third-party booking platforms commercially and operationally.
How is the fee set?
By scope, duration, team and responsibility — not from a fixed price list.
