A TEX GROUP BUSINESS LINE
Before we make a brand visible, we make it mean something.
TEX Creative brings brand strategy, intellectual property and brand protection, corporate identity, user experience and creative communication together with the real needs of a hospitality operation.
01
Strategy before execution
Positioning, brand DNA and architecture are settled before identity and campaigns are produced.
02
Creating and protecting are one job
Trademark, design and IP processes are handled alongside brand strategy, not after it.
03
Coordinated, not claimed
Where a partner’s expertise is used, it is named as a partner’s — never presented as TEX in-house capability.
What TEX Creative covers
Every service family under one coordination. An engagement can start in any of them and grow into the others.

How an engagement runs
Analyse → Design → Implement → Measure. The property keeps one project lead throughout.
How you can work with TEX Creative
Scope, duration, team and responsibility set the fee — there is no price list.
Experience behind TEX Creative
Brand and communication experience the TEX Creative team brings. Earlier projects stay attributed to the professionals and organisations that delivered them.
Where TEX Creative sits in the group
TEX Creative can work with TEX Project on new hotel and renovation projects, TEX Management on operating standards, TEX Gastronomy on gastronomy concepts and TEX Develop on the digital infrastructure and systems required. Brand strategy and the creative decision stay with TEX Creative; TEX Develop can provide the technical implementation but does not take over creative ownership.
From the group
How the group reads demand, operations and distribution — the context a programme sits in.
Questions we get about TEX Creative
If the answer you need is not here, a short call is faster than a form.
Do you register trademarks yourselves?
The processes are coordinated by TEX Creative and carried out with the licensed specialists each step requires. The division of responsibility is written down before anything starts.
Can we work with TEX Creative on its own?
Yes. Every TEX business line can be engaged on its own, and the others come in only where they add something.
Do you work with our existing agency?
Yes. Where an agency or supplier is already in place, the work is coordinated around them rather than replacing them by default.
Why is IP part of a creative brand?
Because a brand that is created but not protected is unfinished. Preliminary search, classes and registration are planned alongside positioning and naming.
Is user experience design just signage?
No. It covers the whole user journey — arrival, in-room, outlets, digital screens, wayfinding and uniform graphics.
Whose expertise is on the project?
TEX names which parts are carried by TEX and which by solution partners. A partner’s capability is never shown as TEX in-house capability.
How is the fee set?
By scope, duration, team and responsibility — not from a fixed price list.
What do we get at the end?
The strategy, the identity and its guidelines, the production files, and the protection status of the brand in writing.
