A TEX GROUP BUSINESS LINE
From digital visibility to direct booking.
TEX Online approaches a hotel’s online sales, distribution and direct booking processes from the operating side. The focus is not general commercial management but the visibility, reach, reservation flow and conversion performance of the digital channels.
01
Channels read as one system
OTAs, the booking engine, the call centre and WhatsApp are read as one reservation flow, not as separate tools.
02
Distribution with a direct backbone
Third-party reach is planned alongside the direct channel rather than against it.
03
A clear line with management
Overall budget and management performance stay with TEX Management; TEX Online owns digital sales and channel performance.
What TEX Online covers

Scope, duration, team and responsibility set the fee — there is no price list.
Experience behind TEX Online

Questions we get about TEX Online
If the answer you need is not here, a short call is faster than a form.
Do you manage our OTA accounts?
Yes, where that is in scope. It can also be limited to analysis and advisory while your own team keeps the accounts.
Can we work with TEX Online on its own?
Yes. Every TEX business line can be engaged on its own, and the others come in only where they add something.
Do you set our rates?
Rate structure is proposed and discussed; the decision stays with the property. Overall commercial management sits with TEX Management.
Who builds the systems behind the channels?
TEX Online owns the channel, the sales strategy and the commercial reservation flow. Where an integration, a data flow, a request classification engine or reporting is needed, TEX Develop can build it. Commercial ownership stays with TEX Online; technical ownership stays with TEX Develop.
Do you replace our booking engine?
Not by default. TEX Online makes the commercial and operational assessment of existing or third-party reservation infrastructure, and a change is only proposed where the reservation flow genuinely requires it. Booking engine development is not part of TEX Develop’s current service scope.
How is the fee set?
By scope, duration, team and responsibility — not from a fixed price list.
What data do you need?
Channel production, rate and availability data, reservation reports and access to the booking engine and website analytics.
What do we get at the end?
Written findings, the distribution and direct booking structure, and reporting your team can keep running.
