A TEX GROUP BUSINESS LINE
The investment is yours. The management responsibility is ours.
TEX Management offers investors and owners flexible solutions, from advisory on a specific management problem to a management model that carries operating responsibility for the whole hotel.
01
Advisory through to full responsibility
The same team can sit beside your management or carry the operation, depending on how far the scope reaches.
02
Operational change touches everything
A change in the operation shows up in commercial terms, distribution and guest experience, so it is planned across all of them.
03
Alongside the team, not instead of it
TEX Management is built to work next to the existing team rather than to replace it.
How TEX Management can engage
Models for structuring the management relationship. These sit alongside the group-level models on the How We Work page — they do not replace them.
What TEX Management covers
One operating team across every service family. An engagement can start in any of them and grow into the others.

TEX Operating System
How an engagement runs
Analyse → Design → Implement → Measure → Manage. The property keeps one project lead throughout.
Commercial basis
Scope, duration, team and responsibility set the fee — there is no price list. These are engagement models, not fixed packages.
Experience behind TEX Management
Hotel management and operating experience the TEX Management team brings. Earlier projects stay attributed to the professionals and organisations that delivered them.
Where TEX Management sits in the group
Where needed, TEX Management can bring TEX Online, TEX Gastronomy, TEX Creative, TEX Project and TEX Develop together under the same management model. Management and operating decisions stay with TEX Management; TEX Develop can provide the software, integration and data infrastructure behind them.
From the group
How the group reads demand, operations and distribution — the context a programme sits in.
Questions we get about TEX Management
If the answer you need is not here, a short call is faster than a form.
Does TEX Management take over the hotel?
Only where the scope reaches that far. Many engagements are advisory. Where an owner wants operating responsibility carried, that runs under a management agreement with agreed performance terms.
Can we work with TEX Management on its own?
Yes. Every TEX business line can be engaged on its own, and an engagement only grows into the other units where that is genuinely useful.
Do you replace our general manager?
No. The model is built to work next to the existing team. Where a role is genuinely missing, that is said openly before anything starts.
How is the fee set?
By scope, duration, team and the level of responsibility carried — not from a fixed price list.
What does a transition programme cover?
Due diligence, handover, operating transition, brand change and operational integration, with transition planning through to steady operation.
Who is on the engagement?
Every project has one TEX project lead who does not change, plus the specialists the scope calls for.
How does an engagement start?
With a needs analysis that sets the scope. The right TEX unit or units are then selected and a single lead is named.
What do we get at the end?
Written findings, the operating model and standards, and reporting the ownership can keep using.
