A TEX GROUP BUSINESS LINE
We look at a hotel project as a product to be operated.
TEX Project approaches hotel development and renovation projects from the operator’s side. The aim is to keep investment decisions aligned with operation, durability, cost and guest experience. TEX Project does not claim contracting or architectural services; its role is hospitality-focused project development, product assessment, procurement and project coordination.
01
Read from the operating side
Every project decision is tested against how the property will be run once it opens.
02
Cost, durability, experience
FF&E and procurement are assessed on lifecycle and guest experience, not on unit price alone.
03
One coordination line
Operator, architect, engineer and supplier are coordinated through a single point of responsibility.
What TEX Project covers
One project team across every service family. An engagement can start in any of them and grow into the others.

How you can work with TEX Project
Scope, duration, team and responsibility set the fee — there is no price list.
Experience behind TEX Project
Project and FF&E experience the TEX Project team brings. Earlier projects stay attributed to the professionals and organisations that delivered them.
Where TEX Project sits in the group
TEX Project can work with TEX Creative on brand and user experience, TEX Gastronomy on food and beverage areas, and TEX Management through pre-opening and into operation. Where a project needs tracking, procurement or reporting systems, TEX Develop can provide them.

Questions we get about TEX Project
If the answer you need is not here, a short call is faster than a form.
Do you build the hotel?
TEX Project advises, specifies and coordinates from the operator’s side. Contracting and licensed technical work is carried out by the relevant specialists, with the responsibility line written down.
Can we work with TEX Project on its own?
Yes. Every TEX business line can be engaged on its own, and the others come in only where they add something.
Can you work while the hotel stays open?
Yes. Renovation planning during live operation is a defined part of the scope.
Do you work with our architect?
Yes. The role is to coordinate operator, architect, engineer and supplier rather than to replace any of them.
How is FF&E selected?
On technical and operational suitability, durability, lifecycle and guest experience — then on price.
Do you work with our existing suppliers?
Yes. Suppliers are assessed on product, price, lifecycle and delivery before any change is proposed.
How is the fee set?
By scope, duration, team and responsibility — not from a fixed price list.
What do we get at the end?
The specification, the procurement record, the coordination history and a property ready for handover.
